HCM 501 - Culinary Practicum I

3 credits
This course provides the student experience, and practical application of the competencies learned in the culinary program. The primary functions are to assist the instructors with the setup of class labs, assistance with first-year labs, and execution of events. The practicum experience is supervised by an instructor and coordinated by the Administrative Program Coordinator for culinary and hospitality.  

Prerequisite:
Approval by the Administrative Program Coordinator to participate in practicum is required.
