MFG 542 - Machine Design

3 credits

This course is used to prepare the student for basic machine design using common materials such as fasteners, bearings and gears. The student will have the knowledge to prepare complete and accurate mechanical drive assemblies. The design process is explored and cost estimating is introduced.
