MAT 102 - Intermediate Algebra

This course is designed to reinforce algebraic concepts such as order of operations, exponents, algebraic expressions, polynomials, factoring, linear equations and inequalities, systems of equations, graphing, and applications.

Prerequisite:
Recommended minimum ACT Math score of 17 or an ALEKS Assessment score of 17 or an ACT Composite of 22. Students not meeting the minimum score are strongly encouraged to work with the Comet Learning Center to enhance math skills prior to enrolling in the course.
