HCM 240 - Menu Planning and Design

2 credits
This course is designed to give students an overview of menu planning. Topics include menu layout and design, truth-in-lending guidelines, nutrition in menu planning, menu prices, themed and seasonal menus, product mix and planning resources.

Prerequisite:
HCM 303
