This course addresses the use of equipment and techniques for establishing and maintaining effective ventilation and circulation, electrocardiographic monitoring and dysrhythmia recognition, intravenous access, employment of pharmacological and electrical therapeutic modalities. This course meets American Heart Association standards. Permission of instructor required.
