DEA 405 - Dental Materials

4 credits

This lecture and lab course provides basic principles related to physical and chemical composition, characteristics, and function of dental materials. Students learn skill development in manipulation of materials and individualized laboratory procedures utilized in the dental office. An emphasis on safety, infection control, and quality assessment is included.
