CRR 504 - Frame and Unibody Damage Analysis

4 credits
This course studies frame and unibody construction, automotive design and frame damage analysis. The course covers the proper use of alignment equipment, frame gauges and frame repair procedures used to do repairs. The use of frame straightening equipment is demonstrated and put into practice. Training includes suspension parts that are commonly damaged in a collision. Suspension emphasis is on how a misaligned body structure can affect wheel alignment.
