NET 450 - Incident Response

3 credits

In this course students will learn the fundamentals of incident response team development and management, evidence handling, and the technical skills necessary to locate appropriate evidence. Students need to be aware of how best to protect businesses through the development of incident response policies as well as operational procedures to handle and analyze these incidents. Students will also learn methods to maintain IT function during disaster, and recovery afterwards.
