CHM 132 - Introduction to Organic and Biochemistry

This is a combined lecture and lab course that covers the basic elements of organic chemistry and biochemistry: alkanes and their derivatives, carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, enzymes, the chemistry of cell metabolism and the chemistry of heredity.
