NET 162 - IT Essentials II: Advanced PC Hardware and Software 3 credits This course covers advanced computer hardware and software concepts built on skills covered in NET 161 IT Essentials I: PC Hardware and Software. With a strong focus on customer needs, students concentrate on skills like communication, documenting customer issues and resolutions, and initial ticketing programs to manage and resolve user reported concerns, both technical and customer service related in nature. Security implementation based on customer needs and position are concepts covered in this course.
