BIR 225 - Orchestral String Instrument Repair

This course covers fundamental playing techniques, characteristics, physical properties, manufacturing methods and basic repairs on orchestral string instruments. The course covers techniques for replacing strings, bridges, sound posts and tuning pegs, as well as repairing minor structural damage.
