GRA 249 - Digital Content Management 3 credits This course explores the processes, strategies, and technologies that support the collection, managing, and publishing of digital information and the production and presentation of content in a digital format. Students will learn the strategies and tools used to increase website traffic, drive engagement, qualify lead generation, retain customers, and create other positive client-related outcomes.
