HCM 314 - Beverage Service 1 credits This course familiarizes students with beverage service, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Students learn the tools used for specialty and mixed drinks, the set-up of the bar area for optimum efficiency, and an overview of alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer and spirits.
Prerequisite: HCM 303
