ACC 311 - Computer Accounting

This course introduces students to computer-based accounting software used in service and merchandising businesses. Topics include processing transactions, generating financial reports, managing customer and vendor accounts, maintaining payroll and inventory systems, and performing end-of-period procedures. The course emphasizes the use of cloud-based software, automation tools, and cybersecurity practices to ensure accurate and secure accounting processes.
