The Culinary Arts Program prepares students with the skills necessary to enter the food industry including food preparation, safety and sanitation, and food service management. Students learn skills applicable to work in fine dining restaurants, hotels, clubs, resorts, and bakeries. Students will gain practical experience through hands-on training and outside work experiences.
